To register for this event click here, complete the form and e-mail it to info@kylamillerfoundation.org.  Our event staff will process your registration and send you a reservation confirmation.  Registration and payment is preferred one week prior to your tournament date in order to anticipate the number of gift bags needed.  Payment to Kyla Miller Foundation is due by check or money order before you may golf OR click the Add to Cart button below to pay by PayPal.  All sponsorships are proportionately tax deductible less golf player expenses.  Player Only packages are not tax deductible.  KMF will guarantee a gift bag for all pre-registered golfers.  Gift bags for walk-ups are available on a first come - first served basis.
